Heavy Procrastination Industries ApS do not guarantee that the information provided on the website is complete, accurate or up to date. Although we endeavour to provide correct information regarding colours, pictures, texts, prices and warehouse stock, inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions can occur. In the case of incorrect prices or available stock we will give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Heavy Procrastination Industries ApS reserves the right to change the content and information provided on the website at any time.

Heavy Procrastination Industries will not be liable for any indirect or direct damages, including lost profits, resulting from the information in this webshop or otherwise connected to the webshop. This also applies to all websites, which we link to. Heavy Procrastination Industries ApS is not responsible for the content of these external websites. We cannot be held responsible for the website being temporarily unavailable, but we make every effort to secure access to the website.

Price and Payments

All prices listed include VAT, calculated based on the geographical location of the visitor when possible, or defaulting to the 25% Danish VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery address provided.
Heavy Procrastination Industries ApS accepts payment via major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Payments are reserved at checkout and the amount is withdrawn when the product ships, unless otherwise agreed or noted on the product page.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to countries in the EU, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States (USA), Canada, Cyprus, and Israel.
Our products are shipped with DHL Express.
Delivery times typically range from 2-4 days, depending on the destination. In the event of delays or extended delivery times, we will notify you via email.

Warranty

Our products are covered by a two-year warranty for manufacturing or material defects.
Warranty claims should be raised within a reasonable time after receipt of the item; one month is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by misuse, incorrect usage of the product, or treatment beyond the designed parameters.

Returns/Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging, if applicable. Please note that certain items may have specific return conditions due to their nature, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@heavyprocrastinationindustries.com and provide details of the item and the reason for the return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we are happy to assist in arranging shipping and can provide help with return labels, etc.
A returned product should be delivered back to us no later than 14 days from the end of the return period.
Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected to determine if a full refund is applicable. If the returned item appears to be used beyond what is reasonable to establish its type, value, and function, it will be considered used and thus of lesser value. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued.

Right to Complain

In case you wish to make a complaint about goods purchased from Heavy Procrastination Industries ApS, please contact us at shop@heavyprocrastinationindustries.com.

You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via forbrug.dk.

You can also use the European Commission’s online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer living in another EU country. When submitting the complaint, state our email address shop@heavyprocrastinationindustries.com.

In case we fail to reach a settlement through the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, you will have access to submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
